RHUBARD CRUMBLE AND CUS tard

I like it when the bus driver
Goes really really fast
It reminds me of anticipating
Rhubard crumble and cus TARD:-
When I have to gobble down
The main course, so it does not last
In order to reach my gastronomic heart’s desire:
Rhubard crumble and cus TARD.

So too does the bus driver
Gobble up the Walworth Road,
In joyful anticipation,
No matter how heavy his load.
(Tho’ we wonder if his goal will make him
Burp like a toad…)

For when He gets to the end
He’ll feel definitely starved,
And he’ll wish the Elephant and Castle roundabout
Really was rhubard crumble and cus TARD.
